The Garnet Key Leadership Symposium was an attempt to discuss important issues such as climate change and peace education. Our keynote speakers were invited to speak to us about these issues and about the ways leadership building and community activism are vital in contributing to positive change.

The invited guests are current Sauve Scholars. The Sauvé Scholars Program was established by the Jeanne Sauvé Foundation toe quipe, empower and enable emerging leaders to address critical global challenges in their respective communities and countries.

We are currently fundraising for our GK Community Project. As members of the Garnet Key Society, we take on an annual community project of our choosing. This year, we have decided to create an endowment with Concordia University in the amount of $10, 000. Once established, this fund will generate an annual interest of $500.00 awarded to a student entering Concordia University who meets the following three criteria:

The purpose of the Society shall be to act as official hosts for the University and its legally constituted entities: to orient students to University life and to provide assistance in maintaining the good name and honour of the University and its legally constituted entities.
